Project Data

When you use CastWeave, you may upload video files, audio files, and text content (collectively, "Project Data"). This includes transcribed dialogue, character definitions, voice configurations, and exported audio files.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, transcription and line generation counts, timestamps, and device/browser information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to CastWeave.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Project data is retained according to your plan's storage limits. When you delete a project, associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. If you close your account, all personal data and project data are deleted within 30 days.
