Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CastWeave, a video dubbing and dialogue workflow platform operated at castweave.aibucket.org. By using CastWeave, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CastWeave, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using CastWeave on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use CastWeave. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CastWeave only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Use voices or audio without proper consent, licensing, or authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' experience
4. Your Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create with CastWeave, including video files, audio files, transcriptions, and generated dialogue ("Your Content"). CastWeave does not claim ownership of Your Content.
License to CastWeave
By uploading content, you grant CastWeave a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
Voice and Audio Responsibility
CastWeave is designed for consent-based voice workflows. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper rights, licenses, or consent to use any voices in your projects. CastWeave is not liable for unauthorized use of voices or audio by its users.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans
CastWeave offers free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.
Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes usage limits for transcription minutes, line generations, voice previews, and storage. Usage counters reset at the beginning of each billing period. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restriction of certain features until the next reset.
6. AI-Generated Content
CastWeave uses artificial intelligence for transcription and line generation. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use. CastWeave provides no warranty on the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The CastWeave platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by CastWeave and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CastWeave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property and voice rights).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use CastWeave ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of CastWeave after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CastWeave will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
